📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we do our best to ship promptly.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and based on your delivery address, order weight, and shipping preference.

International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery timelines for international orders range from 7–21 business days.

Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.


🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your LizJoan purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following terms:

Return Window:
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Worn or washed tanks & camis
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
To start a return, please email contactinfo@lizjoan.shop with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with return instructions and a return address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping fees.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
